Student Enrichment Program
The Student Enrichment Program (SEP) provides quality, warm, caring, safe and enriching before and after school activities and child care to students attending CSA District schools. Participation in all SEP-run activities requires payment of an annual, non-refundable, one-time, one-per-family registration fee. Individual program fees may also apply. Middle School & High School
Tutoring
Student Connection. Licensed Before and After School Child Care for Elementary students
Student Connection is State of Michigan licensed, fee-based child care for students enrolled at CSA Elementary school. SEP operates on the CSA Elementary campus. Operational hours are before school Monday through Friday, 6:30 – 8:20 AM and after school Monday through Thursday 3:45 – 6:00 PM and Friday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Fees apply.
Short Watch. Elementary Extended Carpool
Short Watch gives families the option of arriving to school before regular carpool starts in the morning or after regular carpool ends in the afternoon. Morning hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 – 8:10 AM. Afternoon hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:05 – 4:20 PM and Friday 12:20 – 12:35 PM. Short Watch is a free program, however families must be enrolled in SEP. Participation in Short Watch is a commitment to using the program every school day, either in the morning or afternoon, or both.
Campus Shuttle for Elementary, Middle School and High School
CSA District families have the option of using the Campus Shuttle to transport students between the three campuses before school for drop-off and/or after school for pick-up. The Campus Shuttle allows families to choose just one campus for drop-off and/or pick-up. Students are then shuttled to their appropriate campus. Use of Campus Shuttle is a five day per week commitment to the assigned Bus Run(s). Fees apply.
Morning Study Session for Middle School and High School
This supervised study time gives families the option of dropping off their Middle School or High School student(s) at either secondary campus as early as 7:45 AM. Morning Study Session is a free program, however families must be enrolled in SEP.
After School Enrichments
Elementary Enrichments are scheduled throughout the school year and include (but are not limited to) Lego Engineering, Lego League, Drawing, Chess Club, Tutoring, Athletics, Sports Camps, and Youth Sports Leagues (in partnership with Huron Valley Recreation). Fees apply.
Middle School Enrichments are scheduled throughout the school year and include (but are not limited to) Chess Club, Creative Expressions, Athletics, Sports Clinics, Tutoring, and FIRST Tech Challenge. Fees apply.
High School Enrichments are scheduled throughout the school year and include (but are not limited to) Chess Club, Creative Expressions, Athletics, Driver’s Education, Sports Clinics, Tutoring, Morning Study Session, and Robotics. Fees apply.
